Morning walk

Tomorrow morning we will be meeting at Lake Murray at 10 am. Surprise surprise… If it is raining we will not meet. See you in the morning!

Today was a good day.

This morning I went on a beautiful walk with Megan and Joshua. The lake was cool and “goosey”.  Then I met the lively beautiful ladies of the Pentecostal church in front of Ralphs. They seem like a lot of fun!

I hope you ladies join me on our next walk!

And …. I’m thinking about selling Pampered Chef. Does anybody have any thoughts on that?

Saturday walk!

This Saturday we will be walking at Lake Murray at 10am. My son got a new bike and wants to try it out!!! Please join us for some fun and exercise!

Also I am adding a Monday evening walk (7pm) Will you let me know if you are interested in that time?

New Weight Loss Challenge

I have issued a challenge for all of you… Can you lose more weight than me in October??? Lets see!!! Winner gets a $50 gift basket from Mary Kay (I will also try to come up with a good gift for the men, now that we have 3)!!!!
