Walk at 10am!!!

Hope everyone is ready to exercise!!! We are still meeting at Lake Murray this week. We will have a change of venue next week. We were going to move it to 9am, but I think the weather is beautiful and so WE WILL BE MEETING AT 10am!
We will be meeting at the little blue building at the head of the parking lot and start walking at 10.
Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water!!! (If you are fair skinned like I am, don’t forget your sunblock!)
It is going to be so much fun!!!! Don’t miss out!
