Tomorrow’s walk

Our walk tomorrow is at Harry Griffen Park at 10am. We will be meeting in the back parking lot near the dog fighting ring. ;)

Tomorrow is all about the kids and we will be taking an “adventure” walk!!!! See you there!

Walking Tomorrow

Hi everyone! Hope that you all had a happy and productive week. It has been go go go around here… My daughter hasn’t been sleeping so we are all a little (lot) bleary eyed… Kenna turned 3 this week. She was spoiled! A lot going on at hospice. What a week. Anyone ready to walk????

Tomorrow’s walk is at Harry Griffin Park at 10am. We will be meeting in the back parking lot where all those beautiful willow trees are. (I dont know if they are willow trees… But they are sure pretty)

CJ will be playing (exercising) in the shade with the kids… Please feel free to join him with your little ones and get some exercise too!

Don’t forget your sunblock, water, and comfy shoes! See you ALL tomorrow! (except for Megan, Have a good Anniversary!)

Saturday

I’ve had some requests to move our Saturday walking to 9am instead of 10am.

Would that work for everyone??

Walking

I hope we have a good group an Saturday. Please come out and exercise with us!!! Saturday morning at 10. We will meet in the parking lot of Lake Murray. We are not going to walk around the lake, but instead we will do different walking techniques back and forth under those trees. We will be able to accommodate any age and walking level.  It’s all what you make of it! Please bring your kids and grandparents and lets get healthy as a family!!!!!!

Tomorrow: No snacking! Otherwise do everything normal. Try to stay on the healthier side. Also do this Leslie Sansone Video. I will do the same thing! Let me know what you think…
and when you are ready to add more , do this one after the first…
